Legacy Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced veterinary Receptionist to join our outstanding team!
This is a flexible full-time position with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday.
We’re looking for:
- Positive, outgoing team players with exceptional communication and multi-tasking abilities
- Detail-oriented individuals with great organizational, phone, and computer skills
- Self-starters who are outgoing and friendly and enjoy connecting with clients as well as the team
- Individuals with animal related experience or the desire to learn
Some of the skills and responsibilities for this role:
- Client service and communication
- Managing multi line phones and email
- Scheduling appointments
- Setting up new clients and patients
- Over the counter sales and financial transactions
- Ensuring that the reception area of the hospital is always clean and presentable
Full time benefits and compensation:
- Hourly rate: $15.00 - $17.00, depending on experience
- Flexible 4/10 scheduling with weekends off!
